Join us on Sunday, 27 November at District One for a fifth edition of LiveWell with Nakheel – a community health and wellness initiative and a series of monthly live sessions, exploring different well-being topics every month.
The morning will begin with an uplifting movement session by Sports Scientist & Founder of MovEvo Michael Omann.
Following that, LiveWell Founder and Co-Host of the popular Wellevate Life Podcast, Irina Sharma will be leading the discussion on Movement as Medicine alongside Michael Omann. The talk will highlight the benefits of being active and how movement reduces mortality risk, cardiovascular-related events, as well as warding off chronic lifestyle conditions such as type 2 diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome, and dementia to name a few.
LiveWell with Nakheel assures a safe space for attendees with similar pain points and challenges everyone to listen, share, learn and gain opportunities to build meaningful connections with others. The attendees will also have a chance to ask questions while enjoying some breakfast treats.

Meet the speakers
Michael Omann
Sports Scientist - Founder MovEvo
Since early childhood Michael Omann was passionate about sports and movement and made it his mission
to share positive experiences with others and inspire them for an active and healthy lifestyle.
He has been the Head of Sports Science and Movement Therapy at the Vivamayr Health Clinic in Altaussee for 5 years.
Being part of a multi-professional team of health experts opened his mind for a systemic health approach and
developed his skills and knowledge in a variety of health-related fields like diet, the importance of the gut
for our immune system, the development and management of chronic pain issues, the influence of mindset and psychology on disease and healing, acid-alkaline balance as a main source of inflammation and disease, micronutrients, osteopathy, recovery work and many more.
In 2018 he founded MovEvo – move in the sense of evolution. This holistic movement and health approach reflects his inner belief in the power of movement to live a better life.
